Rates for Domestic Shipping
* Usually, orders are processed within 1 business day, with the exceptions of holidays. Our goal is to ensure the arrival of your order within just a few days at the lowest shipping cost available. We ship all domestic orders Monday through Friday with USPS.
* Packages are shipped UPS, USPS or Fed Ex Ground with a fee of $12.95. Upgraded methods are available,with additional fee, to comply with customers� expedited needs, provided by UPS, USPS or Fed Ex air service.
* All services include insurance and a tracking number.
* At check out simply select the service of preference for current rates and delivery time. Rates vary depending on the total weight of your item and shipping destination.
* After your order has been shipped you may track your package online. You will be emailed a link to view the order's updated status. One to two business days should be allotted for tracking information to update. Tracking accessibility is just a click away with our new easy online link!

Rates for Buyers Outside Canada
We ship worldwide with USPS Global Express EMS and UPS. EMS is a service provided by the United States post office and is much less expensive than the other three services provided by UPS or USPS. USPS delivery time is 4-6 days. Rates are calculated in your shopping cart according to destination and weight. All items are sent with tracking numbers and insurance.
Rates for Buyers Inside Canada
For our Canadian customers, we have special low cost shipping rates for you from UPS Canadian Standard. Canadian users are entitled to the same low rates that American users receive with UPS Ground!

Returns and Exchanges ~All Sales are FINAL. DesignersLoft.us gladly accepts returns on apparel within 7 days from the time your order is shipped. Items must have all original tags attached and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Designersloft.us issues store credit for all returns.
Designersloft.us does not accept returns for the following categories, which are final sale only: Jewelry & Watches Leather Goods Bags & Wallets Sunglasses Sale items ~Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging; must be assorted exactly as you received it. ~All claims must be within 7 days of receipt and store credit will be given. ~Original freight fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return freight.
How long do I have to return an item to Designersloft.us? Designers Loft gladly accept returns on within 7 days from the time your order is shipped. Returns received after 7 days may be accepted at Designers Loft's discretion and will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the returned item's sale price.
How long will it take to receive my Designers Loft credit? How do I use a credit? Your account will be credited once we process your return (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt.) We'll send you an email letting you know your return has been processed.
Do Designers Loft credits expire? No, They do not expire. You can use them whenever you want.
